2. Services Description

AIBotForMe provides AI-powered software tools:

• AIbot Assist: an executive AI assistant for scheduling, email drafting, task management, and productivity
• AIbot Connect: an AI-powered SMS and messaging platform for business customer engagement
• AIbot Social: an AI-driven social media content planning and scheduling tool

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Send unsolicited, harassing, or unlawful commercial messages (spam)
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable messaging regulations
• Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that exceeds normal usage or places undue load on our infrastructure
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

5. SMS and Messaging Compliance

If you use AIbot Connect or any messaging feature of the Services to communicate with third parties, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining all required consents from message recipients in compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws
• Maintaining records of consent
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days at most)
• Ensuring your messaging complies with carrier guidelines and applicable regulations

AIBotForMe provides the technology platform only and is not responsible for your compliance obligations. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your messaging activities.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate text, suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain contexts
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content created by us, are owned by AIBotForMe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you create and input into the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy, which may be provided at the time of purchase

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIBOT4ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIBotForMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
